Exfoliation always seems to be a hot topic in skincare. There are so many different opinions on how, when, why, and who should exfoliate. Often the default is either not to exfoliate at all or to over-do it. Although it’s hard to generalize anything in skincare - especially exfoliating - I hope these suggestions help clear up any overwhelm on exfoliating at home!
